- Starting from step 21, the additional clear aligners will be charged at $600 per set;
- Suitable for cases with non-extraction, minimal attachment bonding or interproximal positioning (IPR)*;
- IPR* and accessory treatment* require an additional fee of $2000 (charges vary by clinic);
- Other doctor's fees are not covered under this plan.

For moderate to severe cases:
10-12 months

- This plan is suitable for moderate to severe cases requiring more than 30 sets of clear aligners.
- Attachment bonding and interproximal positioning repair (IPR) may be required.
- Some cases may require tooth extraction.
- This plan price includes 50 sets of clear aligners, and the excess will be charged at $600/set
- This plan includes the cost of IPR and attachments bonding*.
- This plan does not cover tooth extraction costs and other doctor's fees.
* If the design plan of the patient participating in LULUSMILES BASIC requires IPR/attachment treatment, (HKUST students/faculty members can choose on campus dental services, non-HKUST customers can choose LULUSMLES cooperating dental clinics or Shenzhen outpatient clinics);
* The LULUSMILES PRO plan includes up to 50 steps of clear aligners. Any aligners beyond this limit will be charged at $600 per aligner.
* IPR (Interproximal Reduction), also known as interproximal enamel reduction;

Comparison of invisible aligner treatment plan
矯正牙齒的隱形牙套配戴須知為保障牙齒矯正效果及口腔健康，請注意以下事項：
一、清洁与护理：
1.隱形牙套清潔：
✔ 每次配戴前先用軟毛牙刷+清水輕刷，勿用牙膏（易磨損）。
✔ 可定期使用隱形牙套清潔片浸泡消毒。
❌ 避免熱水、酒精浸泡，以防變形。
2.口腔清潔：
✔ 每次進食後刷牙+使用牙線，再戴回牙套。
❌ 戴牙套時禁止進食（除清水外），以防止蛀牙或牙套染色。
二、正確佩戴，摘除方法：
- 配戴牙套，請使用（咬膠）由左咬合至右，確保牙套與牙齒貼片。
- 摘除牙套，請用摘取器（小勾）勾住牙內側輕力摘取（從內勾，先勾一邊再做勾一邊）禁止太用力摳扯，避免牙套變形。
- 依序更換：嚴格遵循醫師制定的牙套更換週期（每1-2週更換一副）。適應後可以每10天更換，但每一步必須配戴不少於7天。
三、配戴時間：
- 每日建議配戴≥20小時，僅在進食、刷牙時摘除。
- 每次摘戴後記錄時間，避免遺忘佩戴。
四、存放注意事項：
- 摘下的牙套立即放入專用保護盒，勿用紙巾包裹（易遺失或丟棄）。
- 遠離高溫環境（如暖氣、車內曝曬），避免牙套變形。
五、不適處理：
- 更換新牙套初期可能有輕微酸脹感，屬正常現象，通常3天內緩解。
- 若出現劇烈疼痛、持續不適、牙套破損、附件脫落，立即聯絡我們及醫生，勿自行調整。
六、復診與追蹤：
依預約時間定期線上復診（定期每週把配戴牙套時照片寄給我們），會由醫師監測療程狀況，或線下預約醫師見面複診。
七、其他提醒：
- 隨身攜帶牙套盒，養成「摘戴→清潔→收納」習慣。
- 遺失或損壞牙套需及時補制，可能產生額外費用。
- 治療期間避免吸煙、飲用深色飲料（如咖啡、茶），以防牙套染色。
小提醒：隱形矯正效果取決於您的配合度！堅持佩戴、注重清潔、按時復診，才能有效率達成理想笑容。
